**Steps to Apply:**
1. Get the application form at any **Tabung Baitulmal Sarawak Branch (Bahagian Agihan Baitulmal)**.
2. Complete the form and attach:
- Medical report
- 2 passport photos
- Copy of IC
- Divorce certificate (if divorced) / Death certificate (if widowed)
- Birth certificate of applicant (if available)
- Birth certificates or ICs of all dependent children
3. Get endorsement from a community or religious leader in your area.
4. Submit all documents to the **nearest Pusat Agihan Baitulmal** or directly to **Bahagian Agihan Baitulmal, TBS**.
